Meet The Coach
Reesy Ree is the 2024 Australian Pole Battle Champion, 2025 ACT & NSW Pole Battle Champion & National Judge for the 2025 Australian Pole Championships.
With years of competition experience, Reesy has personally achieved 12 awards; 8 x 1st place titles which includes a national 1st place, also, a national 2nd place & 2 x Sponsors Choice Awards. The Australian Pole Championships created an award in Reesy's honour, The Inspire Award, in which she was the inaugral recipient in 2022.
Reesy has 8 years of experience as a pole instructor and is particularly fond of coaching performance.
How it Works
Contact Muse Pole & Aerial with your expression of interest. Reesy will discuss any queries and confirm availability. Then, a Competition Coaching Package can be secured with a non-refundanble deposit of $499.
You will be required to pay $70 at each of the 10 lessons included in your package, to complete the total package payment of $1199.
Your personal 30 minute consultation will be booked to discuss your comp goals, determine the best choice in competition and the best approach to your training.
Reesy will then choreograph your comp routine, using your consult notes to ensure it is in line with your vision & create a training plan. You will also be provided additional information and personal tips on everything you need to know for the competition you decide upon, as well as assistance with entry videography and applications.
Private coaching lessons will be booked in advance. This includes 5 x 60 minute lessons and 5 x 45 minute lessons.
Choreography Process
There are many criteria components to a competition routine.
When Reesy choreographs your piece, she will design it around this, as well as your desired key elements and artistic vision.
The routine will start in pieces, as a skeleton, and develop over the course of your tuition. You will recieve feedback and advice on many aspects of performing and bringing your routine to stage.

There are key areas that are the secret sauce to a great, stage-worthy performace & Reesy will be spilling it to you throughout your coaching sessions to ensure your best chance at successfully reaching your goal.

This package includes a pre-comp assessment & consult, advice and recommendations on competitions, assistance with entry videography & applications, advisement on rules, regulations & costuming, mindset mentorship, training recommendations & choreography.
Incl. 5 x 60 minute private lessons and 5 x 45 minute training sessions.

After starting pole in my early 40s I quickly became hooked and wanted to take it further than a weekly class. I went to Reesy with a song and a concept, and under her careful guidance she brought my dream to life and I entered my first two competitions in 2025. Reesy broke down competition requirements, ensured the routine hit the criteria, broke down each move and combo, guided me on all things costume, prop, hair and makeup, and even went so far as to be there on the day for support.
